Alcone Company is the go-to source for makeup artists and fanatics alike. They came to our agency for a website redesign of their Magento ecommerce site to update the visual elements, responsiveness, and to re-evaluate their taxonomy and site category structure.

Our team analyzed the ways amateur to professional makeup consumers searched for products and their online shopping habits. After user research and comparative analysis we restructured their sorting system to make it easier for users to find products and other makeup information.

As the UI lead, I created a style guide for the website including primary and secondary colors, fonts, and supplementary artwork. I also assisted with the UX lead in research, wireframes, taxonomy, and more.
