Uprise, a Practice Management and EHR software for eye care practices, needed a complete user interface and experience overhaul to include their updated branding and style guide, SEO optimization, in-house photography, web and mobile responsiveness. Their website is an essential marketing tool to not only help eye care practices learn about the software, but also educate them about how it can increase revenue and improve efficiency in their practices.
After just a month into the launch of the new website, it experienced a significant increase in traffic and lead conversions through better strategic placing of forms and call-to-action buttons. Customers loved the friendlier illustrations, which were essential when explaining some of the more complicated features and aspects of the software. Users were also able to find the information they needed faster and easier resulting in less customer service emails.
